Flavours

Every cake is baked to order and contains the freshest of ingredients including homemade jams, curds and sauces to ensure every bite is delicious. All our cakes are filled before wrapping in delicious Belgian chocolate ganache, which provides the perfect base for a flawless finish.

"Free from" cakes are available on request.

Traditional Vanilla

Always a favourite, a light vanilla sponge layered with vanilla buttercream and homemade raspberry or strawberry jam

Zesty Lemon

A signature cake, this lemon sponge is layered with lemon buttercream and lemon curd (also available in lemon & elderflower)

Red Velvet

No menu would be complete without a red velvet cake. A lovely rich red sponge filled with cream cheese or vanilla flavoured buttercream. 

Berry Based Cakes

Perfect for spring and summer weddings, strawberry or raspberry based sponge layered with your choice of fillings - white chocolate, pistachio or fruit preserves.

Ginger and Caramel Cakes

Sticky ginger cake.  Salted caramel cake.  Coffee and walnut. Great options for a contrasting flavour for one of your cake tiers.

Triple Chocolate

Made with dark belgian chocolate, this decadent chocolate sponge is filled with whipped chocolate ganache ... one for the chocolate lovers! (also available in chocolate orange)

Super moist and delicious cake packed with fruit and nuts, chose from vanilla or cream cheese buttercream

Rich Fruit Cake

A traditional rich cake, laden with fruit, cherries and laced with brandy - layered and covered with white marzipan.
