Signature Flavours

Every cake is baked to order and contains the freshest of ingredients including homemade jams, curds and sauces to ensure every bite is delicious. All my cakes are filled before wrapping in delicious Belgian chocolate ganache, which provides the perfect base for a flawless finish.

 

"Free from" cakes are available on request.

Traditional Vanilla

Always a favourite, a light vanilla sponge layered with vanilla bean buttercream and homemade raspberry or strawberry jam

NEW! Tropical mango & passionfruit

A delicious tropical sponge with fresh mango & passionfruit coulis, dark chocolate ganache and an orange & mango buttercream.

Strawberries & cream

Perfect for a summer wedding, fresh strawberries and a roast strawberry compote, zero crumbs left behind

Sticky Ginger

Moist and delicious, with dates and crystallised ginger in the sponge, filled with a homemade scotch whisky butterscotch and buttercream. 

Rum and Raisin Biscuit Cake

For something a little different, this works so well as a bottom tier or a shallow separator layer ... it's rocky road, only better (and boozier!)

Triple Chocolate

Made with dark belgian chocolate, this decadent chocolate sponge is filled with whipped chocolate ganache ... one for the chocolate lovers! (also available in chocolate orange)

Raspberry & white chocolate

Such a pretty cake, this raspberry sponge has alternating layers of raspberry and white chocolate buttercream.

Zesty Lemon

A signature cake, this lemon sponge is layered with a zesty lemon syrup and lemon curd buttercream (also available in lemon & elderflower)

Rich Fruit Cake

A traditional rich cake, laden with fruit, cherries, almonds and laced with brandy - covered with white marzipan.
